The Panthers will open the 2021 season at home when they face the Jets in Week 1 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. on Sunday, September 12 at 1 p.m. ET. This will be an interesting game for Panthers fans to follow as it will feature starting quarterback Sam Darnold squaring off against his former team just a few months after they traded him away for a collection of draft picks.

This is the first meeting between these two teams since November 2017, when the Panthers defeated the Jets 35-27 at MetLife Stadium. The Panthers are 4-3 all time against the Jets, with all seven games being played in the regular season. The Panthers begin their second season under the leadership of head coach Matt Rhule after going 5-11 in 2020. The Jets are once again rebuilding with a new head coach (Robert Saleh) and a new starting quarterback (Zach Wilson) after a disappointing 2-14 campaign in 2020.

Below you will find all the information you need to follow the action as it happens live.
