The Panthers have designated guard Dennis Daley (ankle) and defensive tackle Kawann Short (foot) as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Chargers. Left tackle Russell Okung (groin) is listed as questionable.

Panthers head coach Matt Rhule told the media that if the game were played today, neither Daley or Short would be able to go. However, he is hopeful that Okung will be able to play, but did not disclose who would start in his place if he’s unavailable. My guess would be Greg Little, but that’s not official.
Rhule said if they were playing today Short and Daley wouldn't play.

He's holding out hope that Okung will be available and declined to say who would start in his place.
We’ll know more on Sunday when the team releases the inactives list, but if I had to guess I’d expect to see Daley and Short’s names on there again. Hopefully they’ll be active, but I don’t think it’s safe to assume they will be at this point.
