Panthers at Saints Wednesday injury report: Kurt Coleman and Trai Turner return to practice

New, comments

The Panthers got two key players back on the practice field today ahead of their Wild Card game in New Orleans.

The Panthers released their first injury report ahead of Sunday’s Wild Card game against the Saints, and there are a few names that we need to track as the week progresses.

Mario Addison and Wes Horton didn’t practice today, and Vernon Butler was limited. That’s three key defensive linemen the Panthers will need to suit up on Sunday, so hopefully they’re ready to go when the time comes. Because it’s a playoff game, I’d say their chances of playing are pretty good.

There was some good news in that Trai Turner and Kurt Coleman both practiced today. Hopefully they’ll be available for the Panthers on Sunday.

While he did practice, Trai Turner is still in the concussion protocol.

Despite missing the regular season finale, Kurt Coleman expects to play on Sunday.
