Stewart was a beast against the Vikings, racking up 103 yards on 16 carries (6.4 ypc) and three touchdowns, including one 60-yarder that made everyone jump out of their seats. Sunday’s game against Minnesota was Stewart’s first career three-touchdown performance, and he couldn’t have picked a better time to do it as the Panthers are fighting to secure their spot in the NFC playoffs.
This is Stewart’s second career NFC Offensive Player of the Week honor, making him just the second Panthers running back to win the award multiple times. (Stephen Davis is the other, in case you didn’t know.)
