Panthers punt return makes NFL week 4 officiating video

In this week’s officiating video the Panthers punt return against the Patriots is the first play discussed. You may recall the punt RB Christian McCaffrey tried to field but it hit a Patriot on the arm? There were two aspects of that play detailed. One regarding covering the center before the punt and then another explaining the penalty.

The other two plays reviewed are an INT by the Titans where the ball touches the ground and another punt play where a Broncos player tries to keep the ball from going into the end zone but is denied by the refs.
