Inked: Panthers Sign TE Ed Dickson

As reported on CSR yesterday former Ravens TE Ed Dickson visited the Panthers and was expected to sign. We now have conformation via Twitter.

For the proponents of the two TE set where both TEs are truly receiving options then we now have the missing piece. At least we have a better option in this regard than we did in 2013. I'm hopeful Dickson will emerge in our scheme and be a true 2nd receiving option at TE while also at least being adequate in holding the edge in the running game.

So what are your thoughts Panthers fans? Do you like this signing or not?
