The Panthers didn't sign any qualifying players, so they will receive a comp pick for each qualifying player lost. They should get a fifth or sixth for Geoff Hangartner and a sixth or seventh for Frank Omiyale. There is a small chance that Mark Jones also will qualify. If so, the Panthers would get a seventh for him.

Although the NFL has never released the formula for awarding compensatory picks (it's known to include the length and amount of contracts awarded to FAs as well as playing time and postseason honors), this guy has been predicting and nailing the results for years. In his most recent edition, he got 26 of the 32 picks exactly right and was off by just one round on two more. So he knows what he's doing. I will note, though, that Jones is unlikely to net us a pick, because he played in just three games for the Titans before hitting IR.
