Full Carolina Panthers Mock Draft

Rd1 28- OT Cyrus Kouandjio/ OT Morgan Moses

Cyrus is an excellent run blocker who started on a o-line with a very good run game at Alabama. Has nice athleticism should be better fit than Moses but he would also be a great player here. He could play multiple positions on the line.

Rd 2 28- WR Davante Adams/ WR Allen Robinson

Adams is my favorite reciever on the board. Great size and enough speed to get by in the NFL. Can do a little bit of everything (blocking, route running, high point ball, open field moves etc.). Allen on the other hand is a fluid athlete who is physical in blocking and after the catch. he works well in traffic areas but his routes are not as crisp and he has maturity issues. With that being said, Adams is the preffered pick here.

Rd 3 28- WR Jared Abbrederis/ WR Jordan Matthews

Jared is a excellent route runner and pass catcher. Tracks the ball very well and can attack it. Very aware on the field. Reminds me of a Wes Welker/ Jordy Nelson mix. Matthews is a great player too! Has ability to make versatile catches and has a nice catching radius. Can also line up on the inside or out. I see a little bit of Kennan Allen in Matthews.

Rd 4 28- CB Loucheiz Purifoy/ CB Stanley Jean-Baptist

Purifoy is an aggressive corner who will fight for every ball thrown his way. He has a great motor and doesnt take off plays. He can blitz and also has good football awareness. Has tremendous upside! On the other side of things, Stanley Has great size and length. has a nice initial jam at the line. Very good man coverage, has good ball skills too.But his size doesnt represent his phisicality. Any of these guys would be a steal here though.

Rd 5 28- ATH De'Anthony Thomas / Best Guard available

Haha what more do I have to say. This guy was the best playmaker in college a year ago, and we need playmakers! Can do a little bit of everything. From special teams, to running back, to slot reciever. But if this guy is not available, take a guard!

Rd 6 28- CB Aaron Colvin/DB Antone Exum

Antone has nice size for either a CB or S. Explosive leaping ability which would cause problems in jump ball. Flashes hard hitting ability as well as proper angles to set him up for the hit. Colvin on the other hand has a long frame with a physical tough mind set. Active vs the run. High football IQ with proper technique and ball skills. Either of these guys would be nice! They are really steals but the only thing holding them back from being a 1-4 rd pick is their injuries. (Exum-Knee) (Colvin-ACL)

Rd 7 10- WR Mike Campanaro/ QB Tajh Boyd

Mike is a smart football player with a very nice skill set. Has natural soft hands and ability to find soft spots in defense. Is a quarterbacks pet/ bestfriend! Only thing is he broke his collarbone.... Picking Boyd here wouldnt hurt. It would be nice to have a backup who can be dependable and athletic. Characterized as a team leader and is very tough. Much like Cam.

FA Moves to think about

SIgn OT Eric Winston or OG Davin Joseph

Lineman are the key to a great team. Our D-Line is great but our O-Line has some questions. One of these guys could help us out greatly!
