We all know due to cap restrictions, the Panthers will be looking for bargain deals again this year at the onset of FA. One receiver I think the Panthers should strongly consider bringing in is Kenny Britt (don't laugh).
Britt started his NFL with 2 very productive seasons, and was off to a fast start in 2011 before a season ending ACL injury. He was never the same in 2012, and battled injuries again in 2013. At a minimum, Britt finished 2013 ineffective, but healthy. Britt declared himself to still be a WR1 in the nfl, and is looking to return to his potential form with a new team in 2014.
Cons: health, character concerns
Upside: record of past success, very low salary requirement, 6' 3" , 25 yrs old, motivated to prove he can still play
