Carolina's Offseason to-do list

This offseason, the Panthers need to get rid of Rivera, Shula and McDermott: I don't care what any of you say, just stating a fact. The players lack discipline, and that comes due to the "Coaching." Rivera doesn't do any coaching, he just stands there with his headphones on, not showing any emotion. McDermott needs to go, because his scheme is useless. Shula, well, do I need to say more? Shula believes in balance, which I don't. Balanced offenses are bad. Who wants to run the ball 50 % of the time? And as a fan, I am criticizing the Panthers, because I am tired of seeing no coaching on the sidelines, Zone schemes and a balanced offense. Bring in an innovative offensive head coach, a great offensive coordinator, and a great defensive coordinator. I know I will recieve a lot of negative comments on here, but so be it. My ideal coach would be discipline, instill discipline in the players and make in-game adjustments, something Rivera does NOT know how to do. You all say it's not the players faults, that might be true, but the players are supposed to learn from what the coaches show and teach them. All this falls on Rivera, Shula and McDermott: Therefore, they need to be fired. Bring in a Coach who has Spread offense, a 3-4 defensive coordinator and an offensive coordinator whose offensive philosophy is 60% pass 40% rush. This is the type of offensive philosophy you want. Look at New England, Denver, Indy, Green Bay, Chicago- These teams (excluding Chicago) are doing well. Not a one of them have a sub-par record.

Cheers.
