So, last week CSR user "#26" posted about a site that has a draft simulator that allows us to sim a draft. The site is http://fanspeak.com/ontheclock/.
Since we all know that we would be the best GM in the game, I figured we could all update our draft this week. The site updates their draft simulator "big board" every Tuesday by noon, so now is the time to redraft for the week. Enjoy the snow! Here's what I got this week:
|1||28||Jason Verrett||TCU||5'10"||182||CB||Value +18|
|2||60||Jordan Matthews||Vanderbilt||6'3"||205||WRF||Value +31|
|3||92||Trevor Reilly||Utah||6'4"||245||DE43||Value +40|
|4||124||Jeremy Hill||LSU||6'2"||235||RBF||Value +77|
|5||156||Seantrel Henderson||Miami (FL)||6'8"||345||ROT||Value +71|
|6||188||Aaron Colvin||Oklahoma||6'0"||182||CB||Value +113|
I feel like this draft gives me great value at positions of need. Verrett and Matthews are top prospects at arguably our 2 most needed positions. Reilly is a safety blanket in case we lose G. Hardy. Hill is too much of a value to pass on--will be an asset to the team (Hill and Barner could be an awesome 1-2 punch when we lose our current stable in the backfield). Henderson is a great find at OT in the 5th. Colvin is a huge value in the 6th and could end up being in the rotation. Values are based on draftek's big board. Thoughts? Keep pounding.
