I could rant on about some pointless metaphor about myself, or i could just tell you guys my mock. Let's just get down to business. So to begin we trade our 1st round pick+Greg Hardy to the Oakland raiders for their 1st round pick. also i'm working on a full 32 pick mock draft. It will be delivered about 2-3 weeks after Superbowl Sunday.
(5th overall) 1st: Sammy Watkins Wr
2nd: Devin Street Wr
3rd: James Hurst Ot
4th: Jake Fisher Ot
5th: Stanley Jean Baptiste Cb
6th: Bennet Jackson Cb
7th: (BPA)
EDIT: we will sign Justin Tuck out of free agency to fill hardy's position
It's a pipe dream to hope that the raiders would trade that far back for hardy. But if a miracle happens we should take no hesitation to pull the trigger on Sammy Watkins in the first round
Devin Street is 6"4 190. A big (but light) receiver who can find the ball and outrun defenders. He will be there in the second for us, but will he be the best receiver available? only time will tell. also note that he knicked his knee, and didn't play in the bowl game, but i believe it isn't to big of a deal to knock him down a few rounds
James Hurst is a good offensive tackle and a hog molly that can be better plugged in at left tackle, he will be mentored by gross, and then take the reigns. I have full faith that he won't disappoint.
Jake Fisher. if you want a hog molly here he is. Standing at 6' 6 293, and a lock down on the right tackle. i would literally scream if we landed him here. He has helped the ducks lead the Pac 12 in rushing yards for the past 3 years
Stanley Jean Baptiste is 6"2, and a physical corner. Good on man, and good in zone. right now i doubt he falls here but maybe we get a lucky break
Bennett Jackson is 6"0 and 195 pounds, played amazing as a senior registering 64 tackles and 2 int's. Would love this pick.
BPA? who ever would provide good depth should be here.
