For just $19.95 you can get access to every preseason game from NFL.com. All you have to do is click this link to sign up. (Important note: If you are in the local television market, the Panthers games will be blacked out online. However, it's still a good deal if you're willing to pay 20 bucks to check out other preseason games.)
If you want to listen to the game online, Panthers.com provides this link for fans to listen to the radio feed. (Note: I've never used this service so I don't know how well it works out, and I'm unaware of any limitations on who can listen.)
You can listen to the live radio feed on 1110 AM WBT if you're in the local broadcast area.
NFL Network will re-air the game three times:
Sunday, August 11, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. EST
Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. EST
Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. EST
As long as the thunderstorms that are in the forecast stay away it should be a great night for football. The current forecast for kickoff is 79° with scattered thunderstorms and 6 mph winds. The chance of precipitation is currently at 50%. Pro tip: If you're going to the game you might want to bring a poncho, just in case. For more info, click here.
