Today we're voting on the 4 vs. 13 matchup -- Thomas Davis vs. Travelle Wharton.
Oh boy, this one's gonna be tough.
Thomas Davis, when healthy, has been one of the best under-the-radar players on the Panthers defense since he was drafted in 2005. His thrice-injured ACL kept him on the sideline for 2.5 seasons, but he was able to beat the odds and contribute to the 2012 team while looking like his old self, while still not garnering the media attention he deserves.
On the other hand, Travelle Wharton was one of those guys you always took for granted because he "was just a guard"... until he was no longer anchoring the interior offensive line. Once he left it was evident that he was sorely missed. To make matters worse -- the Panthers still haven't resolved the problem that arose after his exit.
Who do you think deserves to move on in the tournament? Let's open up the poll and find out who comes out on top. This is a tough vote, but it has to be done. So, who do you think was more underrated -- Thomas Davis or Travelle Wharton? Cast your vote now!
