Please try to contain your excitement when you read this.
The NFL has released the full preseason schedule for the 2013 season, and in the chart below you can see when the Panthers will play their four opponents.
We already knew who they were going to play and we had a pretty good guess at the dates and times, but now it's super duper Roger Goodell stamped doggone official, and that's what we've been waiting for, right? RIGHT?!
Anyway, here's the schedule:
|Aug 9||Chicago||8:00 pm|
|Aug 15||@ Philadelphia||7:30 pm|
|Aug 22||@ Baltimore||8:00 pm (ESPN)|
|Aug 29||Pittsburgh||7:30 pm|
As you can see, we only have one nationally televised game this preseason, but at least it's a good one. The Ravens should be a good test for the Panthers, and with it being the ever-important third preseason game it will give us a good measurement of how the Panthers stack up with the best of the league in 2013.
The other three games will be televised on Panthers TV, but that's different for everyone depending on location so I'm not even going to try to tell you what channel it's on. The best advice I can give you is use your satellite/cable guide or channel surf until you find the game on tv - whichever system works best for you.
Which preseason game are you looking forward to the most? Feel free to discuss that in the comments.
