Hello Panther Nation! It's been a while since you've heard from me! No games usually means no highlights. However, I woke up this morning feeling great, cause I got a new pair of shoes and mamma gave me a kiss today (I sincerely hope you all catch on to that). Anyways, the man of the hour is the Carolina Panthers heart and soul, the to small too do anything, the will be nothing but a return man; Steve Smith. Looking back at some of his old film, I figured I'd update his career with a video tribute, which includes most of his best plays throughout his career.
While many of us are aware of the fact that Smitty is getting up there in age, I still see no denying that he is still one of the top wide outs in the game today, which is impressive considering who he's going up against (Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Victor Cruz, etc.). While we all know his time playing in the NFL is coming close to an end, we all very well know he still has some gas in the tank to continue to push for his ring and of course, for his legacy.
Regardless of how these next few years pan out for Steve, his career here in Carolina and in the National Football League is one that's legendary. Not only has he stayed faithful to one organization, but he has literally given everything he has ever had to the Panthers and their fans. So in return for my personal (and many others) favorite Carolina Panther, I present to you, my most recent Steve Smith tribute.
