We're continuing our Question of the Day series over on the CSR Twitter page, and once again I'm here to give you the rundown on some of the best questions and answers from last week.
The first question this week comes from Thursday, and it's something that probably every fan of every team has thought about at some point in their fanhood. It's pretty easy to assume that every fan has suffered through the tough loss that makes them ask themselves how they continue being a fan.
We've all been there, so I decided to gauge the level of dedication from Panthers fans by asking the "what's it going to take" question:
Good morning! Today's QotD: Besides relocating, is there anything the #Panthers can do to make you stop being a fan forever?— CSR (@CatScratchReadr) April 11, 2013
Before we see some of the answers, I should clarify that I put "besides relocating" in there because I knew that if I didn't every answer would have been "relocating", and I wanted to avoid that.
Anyway, here are some of the responses:
@catscratchreadr stopped serving Bojangles at the stadium— tommy (@ECU2k6) April 11, 2013
Now that's a fan after my own heart! I'd be tempted to boycott too if they took our BoBerries away.
What's not surprising is the following tweet was the most common answer I got from the fans, and would probably be the answer that's most common here on CSR:
@catscratchreadr Nope.— Jamie Holt (@Jholt915) April 11, 2013
That's the spirit! If you're gonna be a Panthers fan, be one for life!
My favorite question of the week came on Wednesday, when I asked the following:
Good morning! Today's QotD: If you could own the #Panthers for one day, what would be the one thing you would do to improve the team?— CSR (@CatScratchReadr) April 10, 2013
And of course, my favorite answer was about food:
@catscratchreadr Nacho Cheese Fountains in every section of the stadium, from dressing, training, meeting rooms to section 537— Andrew Parker (@amparker1986) April 10, 2013
If that's not a brilliant idea then I don't know what one is.
Our final question came on Saturday, when I tried to take everyone down memory lane:
Sorry for the delay folks. Today's QotD: What is your favorite #Panthers memory?— CSR (@CatScratchReadr) April 13, 2013
And, predictably, the most common response was this:
@catscratchreadr X-CLOWN— Jake Humphrey (@JakeHumphrey91) April 13, 2013
I figured that, along with the Super Bowl, would be the most popular responses, but here are a few that went in a different direction:
@catscratchreadr Deshaun Foster's TD run against Philly in the NFC Championship game.— Jamie Holt (@Jholt915) April 13, 2013
That touchdown was an epic play that will forever be remembered by Panthers fans as one of the best plays in team history.
And finally,our last answer is something I think we can all look back on and smile:
@catscratchreadr Steve Smith giving Roman Harper the business after the late hit.— Gene Williams (@genewilliams3rd) April 13, 2013
Yep. That's certainly up there in the list of favorite Panthers memories.
Well, that's it for this week's wrapup. Stay tuned next week for more Q&A from your fellow Panthers fans on Twitter.
