This has actually happened every year, the tampering part, just now its actually okay per league rules. At 4 p.m. on March 12th teams can officially start inking free agents to binding deals. So this open thread is for talking Panthers of course but also any rumors about who is talking to who, etc...and for tracking the action as it happens.

So expect the rumors to go something like this: "X player has reached an agreement in terms with Y team and has canceled remaining team visits or something like that."
