Recap: Cat Scratch Radio FA Kick Off Episode

We had another titillating episode of Cat Scratch Radio last night.

If you missed give the download a listen by following this link, episode 106. Here's a recap of what I can remember:

  • Discussed the free agents leaving, each mentioned below:
  • James Anderson is a June 1st cut with his cap hit spread over two years, not accelerated to 2013 as we discussed earlier in the day on CSR; Cut was most likely performance related
  • Derek Anderson returning rumor - Word is he will not be going to Cleveland will instead return to Carolina
  • James Dator thinks Jimmy Clausen might be a trade bait given the level of QBs getting work outs around the league; Thinks some team would offer at least a 7th round draft pick for him
  • Captain Munnerlyn tweet about making a 'life changing decision' soon; soon, but not yet apparently
  • Rivera comment ‘You’re getting warm’ about Mike Wallace now seems rediculous
  • Discussed some other signings like Hall to Detroit, Kruger to Cleveland and Ellerbe to Miami
  • Beason contract
  • Discussed possible Panther free agent moves like Antonio Garay and Antoine Cason

We broadcast weekly at 10pm EST on Tuesdays, all callers welcome.
