Hello all and happy holidays! We all got ourselves a nice early Christmas present with the wild win over the division rival, New Orleans Saints, yesterday in our season finale at home (in the regular season of course) and a game I kept calling the "NFC South Championship". Before the game had occurred however, a thought had crossed my mind; I should film myself throughout the entire game and see my reactions. After hours of filming and editing, here is the great idea turned into reality. Hope you enjoy!
For those wondering, the random Jets fan seen in this video is my uncle. He, like myself have been lifelong fan of our teams for many years, and being that we live in Washington state, we can only watch out teams through Sunday Ticket. So it's been a tradition in numerous houses for the past 13 or so years to go and watch the games every Sunday with family.
I've also seen a lot of comments saying I am pretty calm and collected. While this may be true in this video, we had some family friends over this day, so I had to collect myself somewhat and not go completely nuts. In the back of my mind too, I was so nervous throughout half of the game I could barely move or talk. Not to mention at the end the thought of "we still have to beat Atlanta IN Atlanta next week to clinch a bye" roamed throughout my head all afternoon.
Last but certainly not least, I would like to apologize for Ron Rivera. His decision to punt had me going nuts to the point where I wanted to stop watching. He obviously knows something I do not, and was wise when taking that decision. It's been a beautiful season thus far, and personally, I feel like the best is yet to come. Keep Pounding everybody and Merry Christmas!
