College Football GameDay Thread - Week 11

Derick E. Hingle-US PRESSWIRE

Welcome to Week 11 of College Football.

On Thursday No. 3 Oregon’s world came crashing down as they lost to No.5 Stanford 26-20. No.6, Baylor, thumped No.10 Oklahoma 41-12 to keep themselves in the National Title hunt.

So let's look at the big games at the usual breakdown of noon, 3pm and 8pm:

Kicking off at noon we have Penn St at Minnesota. The two BIG Ten teams should play each other close with both teams coming off Ws and having surprisingly good seasons.

There are a whole host of ranked teams with whooping lined up at noon, but I’m not going to list them.

At 3:30pm we have BYU at No.24 Wisconsin and Nebraska at Michigan. All of the teams are 6-2 and this should be a good test of Wisconsin’s credentials.

Sneaking in there at 7pm we have Virginia Tech at No.11 Miami. This is the battle for the ACC Coastal title. Both teams are coming off bad losses, but the winner here is in the driving seat to meet FSU in Charlotte.

Rounding off the bill, we have the game of the day at 8pm with the SEC matchup between No.13 LSU at No.1 Alabama. This fierce rivalry game has National title implications, obviously, with LSU looking to play the spoiler.

So which games are you looking out for? Who have you got in the highlighted games?
