Talking Panthers on Turf Show Radio

Dilip Vishwanat

I sat down with Turf Show Radio to talk about this week's game against the Rams.

Hopefully everyone listens to Cat Scratch Radio each week, where our free-form ramblings normally turn up a few nuggets of good information. Tuesday night I sat down with Turf Show Radio, the show of SB Nation's Rams' blog Turf Show Times to discuss the upcoming game.

You can listen to the discussion by following this link. My segment begins at roughly 27:30 into the show.

The preview of this week's game was obviously at the forefront, but it was an opportunity to give another fan base an insight into the good and bad of the Panthers' 2013 season. These are two teams finding themselves in somewhat similar positions -- both boasting talented pass rushers, questions about quarterbacks selected with the no.1 overall pick, and squads that seem to underperform.

There was a near-argument over who has the better 4-3 defensive end duo, but we elected to avoid it. This is a legitimate conversation when talking about Chris Long and Robert Quinn -- heck, we even snuck in a little draft talk to close out the segment.
