I just went to the charlotteobserver.com to check the Panthers news, and it automatically downloaded an embeded file onto my computer. The only clue was that a gray bar popped up along the bottom of screen, with "download" on the left side, and "show downloads" on the right side, but it wasn't a request to download because whatever it was had already downloadef.

I don't know what the file contained, because I sure wasn't going to open it, not knowing what was in it.
