I love all the buzz around Charlotte this year. We have so much to look forward too. There is no doubt in my mind that Cam will take us to greatness within the next 4 years. However, lost in all the excitement is gratitude to two players that took our team to great height just a few years ago. I believe we should retire the jerseys of Muhsin Muhammed and Jake Delhomme.
It honestly pains me to see some practice player in camp wearing the numbers 17 and 87. Both these players worked their asses off as panthers and deserve to be rewarded for their hard work. I could spit out stats all day, but true panther fans know how each of these players contributed to the greatness of our organization. They were great in the community and on the field. What do you guys think? Should this be something that panthers fans should pressure management to do? I certainly hope so.
GO PANTHERS!
