Ron Rivera's approach to dealing with the media and his team is to give a fairly no-nonsense approach. However, the presentation of the depth chart seems to be firmly couched in the John Fox era. It's first depth chart time– the time we learn nothing, and the lunatic fringe freaks out ("ZOMG NO KEEKLY STARTING!!!111!!!"). This initial listing gives a mammoth bump to veterans, even those who have been clearly outplayed in Spartanburg during camp thus far.
