CBSSports.com has post the numbers for the 2012 rookie salary pool allocations (I'll post the link at the end). Here's the question everyone wants answered, the Panthers rookie salary cap is $5,454,106.

The rookie salary pool numbers increased by less than 1% over all from 2011. The Browns number is $9,721,499, a 20% increase over last years top team (the top team in 2011, the Broncos had a 30% increase over 2010's to team), and the Saints received the smallest allocation, $2,271,903. 7 teams had allocations of over $7 million, and 18 teams had allocations of over $5 million.
