Chris Harris, who I loved when he was with us, is still an UFA. Why don't we go snag him back up, our secondary was pretty good with him. Another option is Otogwe from Washington. I think an upgrade at safety is crucial to us being able to stop the big plays that cost us 2 or 3 games last year (the GB game especially). I wish we were more aggresive when it comes to known free agents. We don't have to train and coach everyone up, we could just take a really good player kind of like we did with Mike Tolbert.

Harris may not have been very fast but he was a playmaker, especially with the forced fumbles. He was a good tackler and played well close to the LOS. Harris might be just what the Panthers need if they play less cover two.
