Rob Rang posted (at cbssports.com) an interesting article today about the draft's top 12 rated WR's, and it had some interesting new info that I hadn't seen before.
The drafts top 12 WR's average 6-2, 211, while the drafts top 12 CB's average 5-11, 192.
Stephen Hill (6-4, 215) of Georgia Tech ran an "unofficial" Combine 4.28-40 (the best I had heard was a 4.30-40 during the broadcast), but add that to his incredible 1.20-10 yard split, and he's just super fast. Rang adds that while in high school, Hill recorded a 25 foot 8 3/4 inch long jump, adding that this jump would have placed him 9th in the last Olympics.
Chris Givens (5-11 1/8, 198) of Wake Forest had 2 ACL injuries in high school, and averaged 12.5 yards per punt return in college.
Nick Toon (6-1 1/2, 215) of Wisconsin has had 2 left foot surgeries.

This last bit of info comes from the Bleacher Report (so you can take it with a grain of salt), and I found it at the Sporting News NFL page.
They took the Patriots current roster, not including any draft picks, to guess at the Patriots likely 53 man roster, and 2 of their likely roster cuts might catch the Panthers might catch the Panthers interest. These 2 players are NT Ron Brace and SS Josh Barrett, who due to injuries their first 3 seasons, haven't posted a lot of stats yet, so here are their Combine numbers.
Ron Brace (#40 pick in 2009) - 6-3,330, 5.48-40, 32 bench reps, 28 inch vertical jump, 8-3 broad jump, 4.73 20-yard shuttle, and a 8.15 3-cone drill. He's in the last year of his rookie contract.
SS - Josh Barrett (#220 pick in 2008) - 6-2, 225, 4.34-40, 17 bench reps, 31.5 inch vertical jump, 10-1 broad jump, 4.27 20-yard shuttle, and a 7.07 3-cone drill.
The Patriots might be willing to trade them before the draft, or just wait until the finar roster cutdowns before the start of the regular season, in case of any training camp injuries. The Patriots might be interested in trading for one of the Panthers DB's (CB's R. J. Sanford or Josh Thomas, or one of their S's like Jordan Pugh).
