Warning: This is not a well-researched or thoughtful post like those posted by our great editors and contributors. I just need to vent my excitement for having Joe on our team.
Having seen the below two videos, I am in awe of Joe's talent. My analysis is "holy cow". He reminds me a lot of Steve in his fearless approach and his nose for the endzone. With Joe it appears that the play is never over. I'm really excited about what he can contribute to the team as a return specialist and WR.

His draft profile says he ran a 4.55 at the combine, but in watching the highlights (agree that highlights are not necessarily representative of how the player plays on most downs), Joe appears to just run by people and make horizontal and backward cuts that are insane.
