The NFL has announced that teams roster limits will increase from 80 to 90 players, effective 4pm EST, on April 24th (Tuesday).
This new roster limit will apply until after the 3rd preseason game, when rosters must be reduced to 75 players. The old rules contune for the regular season roster limit of 53 players, with the final cuts coming after the final preseason game.
Could this mean the Panthers might sign a few more players even before the draft, or just wait until after the draft, and sign UDFA's.
