I was just looking through some old Pro Day reports, just to make sure that I hadn't missed anyone, and I had, Purdue OT Nick Mondek (6-5 3/4, 304, 33 3/8 inch arms, and 9 1/4 inch hands). He had a stunning Pro Day, running a 4.84-40, a 1.59-10 (unheard of for an OT, even good for a TE), a 7.30 3-cone, and a 4.55-20 yard shuttle, with 30 bench reps, a 28.5 inch vertical, and a 9-2 broad jump.
Mondek started out as a DT at Purdue, and then moved to RT in 2010. He's only ranked as the draft's 699th best player by nfldraftscout.com, so don't expect him to be drafted, but he could be a good UDFA signing developmental prospect for the Practice Squad, as both a OT, and a DT.
Idaho LB Korey Toomer (6-2 1/4, 234) also had a great Pro Day, running a 4.53-40, with a 6.87 3-cone, and a 4.00-20 yard shuttle, with 20 bench reps, a 42 inch vertical, and a 10-10. In fact Toomer's Pro Day was so good that he might now be a late round pick.
