Greetings Panther Nation. I've been reading through a lot of your 2012 mock drafts, and I thought I'd share my own "ideal" situation. Please be kind as this is my first post. :)

Anyway, let's cut to the good stuff and get mocking...

Carolina trades #9 overall to the Jets for #16 and #47.

With the 16th pick Carolina takes Michael Brockers DT LSU

Carolina trades #40 and 2013 first round pick to Chicago for their #19.

With the 19th pick Carolina takes Quinton Coples DE UNC

With the 47th pick Carolina takes Janoris Jenkins CB North Alabama (I was torn between Lavonte David and Jenkins, but ultimately, the bigger need prevails).

With the 104th pick Carolina takes OLB Josh Kaddu Oregon

With the 143rd pick Carolina takes Russell Wilson QB Wisconsin (if they do take Wilson, I think Pickles gets traded for a 6th or a 7)

With 180th pick Carolina take Bryan Anger P Cal

the rest is a crapshoot but if we can walk away with this draft, I say we just fixed the D.
