Pat Yasinkas is reporting the comp picks have been released and it looks like the Panthers were granted a single pick:
The Carolina Panthers have the division’s earliest compensatory pick. They’ve been granted the final pick in the sixth round (No. 207 overall)
From other sources some teams landed four comp picks:
32 compensatory draft picks awarded today to 15 teams...Clev, GB & NYJ have most with 4 each
