My next prospect is probably one that many of you are familiar with because he's coming straight out of the ACC. Standing at just under 5' 10" and weighing in at a stout 172 lbs, this player from the "U" is what some would call wiry. Obviously, he won't wow anyone with his size, but when you have 4.36 speed, coupled with a 38" vertical, you can get all the separation you could ever need to thrive as a wide receiver and kick returner in the NFL. Additionally, he already has a sense of what it means to be a good route runner because he flashed that ability quite nicely while at Miami. Personally, I believe he would be a nice late round addition to the Panthers roster because he would instantly provide competition for Armanti Edwards in the punt return game and potentially challenge the second tier of wide receivers for playing time in the near future. This dynamic prospect has a ceiling that leaves plenty of room to grow and the Panthers could become the perfect home for his development in our downhill vertical attack. His name, numbers, and video can be viewed after the jump. Be sure to let me know what you think of him in the poll.
