Luck may very well be a damn good QB in the NFL...that is yet to be seen how he fares. Cam on the other hand has so much raw talent incredible natural size and physical gifts topped off with a desire and fire second to none to not only be great but to be the best there has ever been. I strongly feel Cam Newton will revolutionize the game and for that reason i say Cam>Luck
