How was Anderson a bad signing?

he was one of the best 4-3 OLBs in the league, and he’s not exactly making huge money

That was the only thing I had issues with there.

And even the Davis contract is structured so that we’re off pretty much free at this point. The premise of the article is right though, we don’t have many free agents to worry about.

I agree.

There was nothing wrong with the Anderson and Davis signings. As Jake points out, that deal was put together so we would not be on the hook if something happened with his knee…….again. As for Anderson, I don’t expect many outside Carolina to know how good of a player he is.

I think resigning Applewhite should be a priority this offseason.

Dude was really our only depth at DE, and was solid at rushing the passer, as well as providing CJ and the Kraken with their minute breaks.

He definitely fills the role that Al Wallace once occupied very well...

good rotational guy/spot starter, who plays hard and can really help give some of the other guys a rest without losing a ton of production. Him and Keiser seem like great depth pickups
