I'm putting a new twist on our Saturday Night open threads which comes courtesy of Gillette and their Facebook page. Gillette is posting a weekly debate question for the NFL blogs and I thought this thread would be a good place to do it.
So the first question to debate is:
What Panther, former or current, has the best nickname? Five jumped in my mind right off the bat:
1 - 'Hooooov' for former FB Brad Hoover though I'm not sure its really a nickname
2 - Rules & Regulations for Steve Smith though again, not sure if that qualifies as a nickname
3 - Rod 'He Hate me' Smart will always be a good one.
4 - Geoff 'Piggy' Hangartner
5 - The newest one: Greg 'The Kraken' Hardy
I'm sure I'm forgetting about someone so help me out. You can also go to the Gillette FB page to join a similar debate on nicknames NFL wide. Give the page a Like while you are there.
I also have to give a well deserved plug to the product Gillette is highlighting and that is the Pro Glide razor. They actually sent me one in the mail and the razor does rock. You might want to give it a try.
So in summary this Saturday Night Open Thread is for debating nicknames or any other football talk you want.
