As I look at the cap situation for next year, it does not bode well for the Panthers. Many players on the team will be overpaid for their services due to either declining play or injuries. Whoever we decide to hire as our new general manager, it will be a formidable challenge. I find it very interesting to see which players on the team are truly loyal and will do what is best for the team. I could see players such as Jordan Gross and Jon Beason willingly to restructure their deals.
