If you were looking to attend a Panther game this season but didn't an to break the bank then this Sunday's game versus the Bucs is the game for you. We know it will be hard fought and the Panthers are playing for pride.
Carolina Panthers Tickets
The Carolina Panthers were supposed to take the NFL by storm and be serious playoff contenders this season. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were supposed to get the message after a rough 2011 and struggle with a rookie head coach. Instead, Carolina is barely getting by at 2-7 and the Buccaneers (5-4) are one of the hottest teams in the league with three straight wins.
Luckily for Carolina, Cam Newton still puts fans in the seats despite the weak record, but that doesn’t seem to be helping the Panthers’ home game ticket price on the secondary market for week 11.
In fact, it’s the cheapest home game on the year for Carolina averaging just $104 per seat with an extremely low get-in price of just $21.
This game is the second cheapest game overall in week 11 (just behind Bengals vs. Chiefs), and is actually Tampa Bay’s third cheapest road contest. Even though the average price has gone up 30% in the last week, with prices currently 32% below the average price of Panthers tickets this season there are still plenty of great deals available.
Though the price is low, this division rivalry is always a hard fought battle and worth the money. The Panthers may have zero playoff hopes but they can be playoff spoilers by adding to the Bucs loss column. Every week is a new week and you never know when Newton and the offense might get their mojo back. Add in the fact that the Buccaneers have a very weak pass defense, and this could turn into a flat-out shootout.
More importantly, records and big names aside, this is still an NFC South divisional battle, and the Buccaneers have a ton to play for. Carolina will have their hands full with a hot team this week, but it’s a well-priced game that should leave the fans in the seats more than satisfied.
