In an effort to stop the bleeding on their offensive line while Ryan Kalil goes under the knife, the Carolina Panthers have re-tooled their offensive line, and the soul-crushing news is the announcement that Garry Williams will be starting at right tackle.
Panthers have shuffled their O-line in wake of Kalil injury, moving Byron Bell to RG and putting Garry Williams at tackle.

I'm going to need to check to see if 'crushed by way of Garry Williams' is an acceptable cause of death for a gross negligence charge.
All jokes aside, I'm stunned. The last thing an already ailing offensive line needs is to give a more important position to the offensive lineman who has played the worst this season. Bruce Campbell isn't perfect by any stretch, and his natural position may be at LT, not RT-- but based purely on preseason and training camp, what exactly are you gaining by benching him?
As it stands your offensive line is Gross/Silatolu/Hangartner/Bell/Williams.
If I'm Rob Ryan my defensive game plan is simple: Overload the right side, blitz non-stop, and laugh all afternoon long.
