PrintWe've got the dirty birds travelling to the Meadowlands to play the Giants in the early game. Then the Steelers go mile high to face the Broncos (no Tebow references for me).
I would like to see the Falcons win just to give them another shot at the Packers.

There was a time when I thought 50+ combined points before halftime

If using the ball as a celebration prop is an automatic 15 yard penalty, why don’t players ever get flagged for dunking the ball over the goal post or spiking the ball? Technically both are using the ball as a prop for a celebration.

That was clearly a Power Play.
And I’d rather them not flag celebrations at all. They’re fun. They’re entertaining. As long as they aren’t intentionally rubbing it in their opponent’s, what’s the problem? But they’re inconsistent with it (like they are with everything else). They should really just rephrase the rule to “You are not permitted to do anything original or creative upon scoring a touchdown” because that’s the more accurate definition of the ruling.

With all this talk about us getting a WR, what do you all think of Mario Mannigham? He’s a FA and the emergence of Victor Cruz might make him more expendable. And I don’t think he’d be all that expensive (He’s making $1.4 mil this year). Thoughts?

I don’t think Manningham is much of an upgrade from LaFell or Gettis
He's about on the same level with Gettis and LaFell
He’d be a major upgrade over AE and Alphabet soup, but probably not worth persuing as a 2-4 WR
He's actually a pretty good receiver for the price.
Honestly though, give Brandon Lafell 16 starting games and I think he’s a better receiver than him.

At halftime, the Refs suddenly decided they would ignore the Miami Heat stiffarming Charlotte players to the ground while calling invisible shooting fouls for Charlotte. The free throw differential was something like 24-4 Miami-Charlotte.

Denver totally has a realistic chance to get to the SB. There is no dominant team in the AFC this year. Steelers and Pats are getting old. Baltimore doesn’t have a good enough offense, Houston has a rook QB. I doubt Denver will make it to Indy, but it wouldn’t surprise me.

Our only losses will be on the road to ATL and Saints. For some reason both of those teams have some crazy magic that made them almost undefeated in the last few years.

I'm so happy that Tim Tebow won tonight.
I love how he gives all glory to God and his team after the game as well. A stand-up man by any regard! Humble as hell and always willing to give credit to everyone else. If I have a kid, I want him to be more like Tim Tebow.

He may have completed less than 50% of his passes
but 2 of them were thrown away and 1 was a drop.
It should be noted as well that he passed for over 15 yards per attempt, which is ludicrous.
He had a good game today passing, there’s just no other way to look at it.
He doubled that with completions actually
he was throwing for 31.4 a completion.

I’ve hated on Tebow all season. Mainly because I’m tired of hearing him on ESPN. And I’ve hated seeing John Fox succeed.
However, seeing this win has made me a believer! I never thought that they could realistically win this game. Now, I’m on the Tebow train baby! Tebowmania! (Even though Cam is wayy better) Let’s go Tebow! I want to see how far they can get.
