We all could definitely learn some compassion and....
perspective from our own children. People make mistakes, and William’s mistake was as inconsequential as they come in the grand scheme of things. If a child gets this, why can’t we adults?
Maybe sports fans can take a lesson from the kids and not act so damn dumb over a mistake
If a fan complaining about a botched punt return or something thinks they can do better, get out there and show me what you’ve got. Otherwise, keep your mouth shut. Everyone in every profession makes mistakes. I am glad one parent had the presence of mind to teach his son a valuable lesson and one I hope he carries for the rest of his life.
