DB coach Steve Wilks is leaving for Carolina, where he re-joins Ron Rivera. Chargers had already been searching for replacement this week.

Wilks followed Rivera from Chicago to San Diego so this should come as no surprise, especially since his contract was up with the Chargers and has twice been passed up for their DC position.
