Legedu Naanee to wear a certain #17
Thoughts? Anyone care?
I don't think Jake Delhomme was the kind of player who deserves a retired jersey, but you would have never seen the number being worn again as long as Fox was here.

I couldn't care less.
Jake is gone. Doesn’t matter to me.

I don't either.
I just remember there were a lot of JD supporters/apologists when we were doing the GOAT polls…
As an aside, I knew Legs wouldn’t get to keep #6, once cuts were made, and/or some numbers opened up. A single digit number is typically allowed only if all 80’s and 10-19 are in use.

I'll always remember #17
Let’s hope Naanee can be productive as our old #17 (before the self-destruction).

I'd rather he didn't get the #, at least for a while.
just like I didn’t think Godfrey should have gotten Minter’s #30 so soon. It just seems kind of disrespectful to me. But if he produces who cares.
Yes I'm a dude.
Fine by me.
If both “Good Jake” and “Bad Jake” were allowed to wear the same jersey number, what’s one more player going to hurt?
Newton for '11 ROY!
Walker for '11 ROY!
Biyombo for '11 DPOY!
