I've decided to quit watching NFL Live on ESPN
Because if your team isn't the Cowboys, Giants, or Colts (yes the losing Colts), and if your team doesn't have Tom Brady, Drew Brees, or Big Benas the QB then your team (in my case, the Panthers) will get virtually no air time. In fact you're lucky if they give your team more than 45 seconds of commentary. The teams listed above hog the entire hour of the show. I used to DVR the show, now I've just given up on it completely.

tell me aboit it. After week 1 when sportscenter did its top 10, Cam’s dive into the endzone over a pile of Cardinals was not on the list! What BS is that?!
But yea, thats the only teams they talk about. I like NFL network much better, they really go into the meat & potatoes of football and try their best to cover the small market teams as well.

I don't think my opinion is applicable.
I stopped watching that show (at least on a regular basis) years ago.
You may not want to give up on that show just yet, though. With Cam-Fever sweeping the nation, I have a sneaking suspicion that the Panthers will be getting a lot more airtime this season.
Newton for '11 ROY!
Walker for '11 ROY!
Biyombo for '11 DPOY!
I don't really have an opinion on the matter...
I don’t really watch NFL Live, but the Sunday Morning show on ESPN is the best one of them all (even better than NFLN).
Weird how that kind of stuff happens — one show is complete garbage (in your opinion), and the other is the best on tv (in my opinion), yet they’re on the same network with (I’m assuming) the same people.

I may not always be right, but even a blind nut finds a squirrel every once in a while.
NFL Live is like any Pop/Rock radio station...
They only cover what they think the “general consumer” wants to hear. There plenty of usually better and higher quality music out there… way more than any radio station will observe. Same goes for the NFL. There are far more stories and insights on other teams than NFL Live and other NFL shows never consider. Mass appeal is what matters… only in America!
Either way, I totally agree. I could easily go without daily updates and debates on the Cowboys and Patriots.

I see your opinion is strong, however...
you don’t need to play to have a solid grasp of the NFL. I agree with you that Wingo is no better at this point than the majority of clowns that are paraded around as experts, even most of the former players are dummies at this point when they are in front of the camera and yet they played.
Tedy Bruschi is a hater
Dude acts like he still plays on the Pats and talks crap about anyone who does anything wrong for that team. Also, he degrades any player that potentially performs an unsafe act. hes like that guy who is 40 but still goes to his high school football teams practices just to get a hard on.
The majority of NFL shows are a drag these days and so are the "analysts"...
I would argue that analysts and experts opinions are swayed entirely too much by market data being accumulated by the networks. They focus too much on the “star” players which caters to the casual fan, which then alienates those of us that are paying attention to the finer points about our teams. If anything, I take it as bandwagon and casual fans are superior economically by sheer numbers compared to the informed fans.
Also, keep in mind that the networks are attempting to pull in female fans by focusing on the QB’s as much as possible and promoting their star appeal by dragging their personal lives into the discussions.
can't be any worse then ESPN First Take
spending an entire 15 minute segment on Brady’s hair cut.
