I really think they had a chance to win this one to be honest. We got up 13 - 0 and left the door open. There were some passes Nanee should have had in the end zone, were they perfect throws, no, but were they catchable yes. I think Lafell may have just taken his number 2 spot back, he played like he was supposed to play today. Again we just could not get the running game going, there were a couple decent runs here and there, but nothing consistent, Raji and Bishop were blowing up the running plays. we won't get into Smitty's fumble, we just won't. We also shan't discuss the picks from forcing it to Smitty. One thing that surely perplexed me was how throwing to the tight ends early and screens early were working so well, and we basically just abandoned it. Shockey and Olsen both were open a lot underneath, I mean a lot. The screens to Stewart were working well. Penalties cost us again, with the movement penalties especially, we had the ball inside the five 3 times I think and settled for field goals, you got to put that stuff in there. I think came did more than fine, just rookie mistakes to force to Smith with Woodson on him whole game, Woodson will make you pay. Green Bay held Charles Johnson and got caught 3-4 times, but it was all day. Hardy laid a nasty smack on Rodgers and may get a fine for it, but it was pay back for Bishop picking up Newton and planting him. The Green Bay player carted stuck his head in front of Stew's thigh when tackling, good effort, but big mistake, best to him, but he is moving and reported to be fine. The DT's made Ryan Grant look like a starter again, not good, they weren't bad per say, but they need to be better holding the point. That's about it, I guess. Summary, Cam needs to quit eyeballing Smitty, running game needs to get going, tight ends are getting open a lot in two games ( hit them), and DT's need to step and hold the point of attack.
