There was a segment of the fan base who were dismayed at the Legedu Naanee signing, not neccesarily because of his talent, but rather his off field issues stemming from his Feburary arrest. However, it appears we shouldn't be concerned with this brush with the law.

Naanee said public intoxication and resisting arrest charges, stemming from Feb. incident in Indy, have been dismissed.
We live in a 'guilty until proven innocent' court of public opinion when it comes to NFL players. With every Deadspin or PFT report comes the associated condemnation of a player who may not really deserve to be singled out. Obviously none of us were in Indianapolis for Naanee's arrest, but the San Diego Chargers felt that it was serious enough to release the veteran WR for without waiting to see the outcome of the legal process. As far as I'm concerned their loss is our gain, because thus far Naanee has looked very good in training camp.
