Joe Person is reporting that our recently signed DT Ron Edwards has suffered a triceps tear. On a separate note, 6th rd draft pick Zack Williams suffered a confirmed ACL tear reported this afternoon. The loss of Edwards is very significant insofar as DT was already a thin position. With the departures of Landri and Brayton in free agency, we may be back in the market for a DT to fill the gap until rookie DTs Fua and McClain are more battle ready to start.
