Anyone who fully understands the rules for this years Supplemental Draft raise their hand?
The rule for this years Supplemental Draft seem to be chainging each day, like the silly circus about whether Terrelle Pryor was elligable or not. I posted around a week ago how the Supplemental Draft works by dividing the teams into 3 groups, the 3rd group being all playoff teams, the 1st group being the teams with 6 wins or less, and the 2nd group being the other theams that didn't make the playoffs. Then a couple of days ago it was reported that the 1st groups make up had been changed, and the panthers could now draft no lower than 5th in each round when the round by round draft order is drawn.
The draft positions in each round will be drawn today (Sunday), but it's now reported by nfldraftscout.com' Rob Rang that these draft position will not be given to the teams until only 30 minutes before the draft starts on Monday! Here is the link.

The draft will be conducted as usual by e-mail, with each round limited to only 10 minutes. The teams must e-mail if they wish to draft a player, if multiple teams select a player in the same round, that player will be awarded to the team with the lowest number draft spot in that round.
