List Of Panthers Free Agents
D-Will, Charles Johnson, James Anderson, and maybe Thomas Davis seem to be dominating fans post, but the Panthers have many more free agents than that, so here's a list.
C Ryan Kalil,26 (Franchise Tag - Signed For $10.51 million)
RB DeAngelo Williams, age 28
DE Charles Johnson, age 25
OLB James Anderson, 27
OLB Thomas Davis, age 28
CB Richard Marshall, 26
DT Derek Landri, 27
TE Dante Rosario, 26
TE Jeff King, 28
WR David Clowney ,26
OLB Jamar Williams, 27
OLB Jordan Senn, 27 (RFA - Tendered)
CB C. J. Wilson,26
S Gerald Alexander,, 27
S Marcus Hudson, 28
DT Ed Johnson, 27 (RFA -Tendered)
LS J. J. Jensen, 25 (RFA - Tendered)
Which players do you think should be re-signed, you want but let test the market, what but old at around the minimum price, and who do you want to walk away?

Obviously you included Kalil b/c of the tag.
And I agree with the other 5. I would add Derek Landri and maybe CJ WIlson.

These Are The Players I Want Back & Why
Here are the Players I wish to re-sign, or not.
C Ryan Kalil – all redy signed, but working on a longer extension (his brother’s a OT at USC, and will probably be a top 10 pick, in 2011 or 12).
RB DeAngelo Williams – Probably a painful No,unless he comes far cheaper than anyone thinks, and use the savings to sign a NT or DT, check “Free Agent Wisdom By The Numbers” for the reason.
DE Charles Johnson – Yes, unless he want’s more than a $12 million average, check the same post for the reason why.
OLB James Anderson – Yes in a 4-3, No in a 3-4, if less than a $5 million average, and they keep Charles Johnson, so they can stay in a 4-3.
OLB Thomas Davis – Yes, but for $3.5 million a season or less, for 3 years or less.
CB Richard Marshall – No, He will get a better offer than the Panthers will match
DT Derek Landri – Maybe, Offer $1.5 million a season, for 2 or 3 years, and let him look shop for a better offer.
TE Dante Rosario – Yes, but for $1.5-2 million a season or less, for around 3 years.
TE Jeff King – No, The Panthers can replace his blocking and limited receiving ability for half the price with a UDFA like Virgina Tech’s Andre Smith.
WR David Clowney – Maybe, just for training camp, at the vet minimum.
OLB Jarmar Williams – No, injuried most of 2010.
OLB Jordan Senn – Maybe, for around the vet minimum.
CB C. J. Wilson – Maybe, at the vet minimum.
S Gerald Alexander – Maybe, at the vet mimimum.
DB Marcus Hudson – Maybe, at the vet minimum.
DT Ed Johnson – Already Tendered
LS J. J. Jensen – Yes, Already Tendered.
We'll probably have to ignore the tenders
They were placed in case a CBA was delayed. Most of the RFA might not take effect due to the new agreement.
Jensen Has Only Played 3 Seasons
LS J. J. Jenson has only played 3 seasons, so he can be a RFA, but I’m not as sure about the other 2.
